The project involved the complete demolition of the existing fitness centre within the building and the design and construction of the new thrift shop. Working with Caledon Community Services the renovated space was designed to include office spaces, sorting rooms and space to train volunteers to serve the Caledon community. An elevator was included in the new design for accessible access to the second floor office area. Exterior paving, landscaping and a covered drive through drop off area were also part of the program.
